No Bake Granola Bars

Looking to add some crunch to your midday snack time? Try these no bake granola bars. They’re loaded with powerhouse ingredients like almond butter, chia seeds, goji berries, & so much more!

Ingredients:

 

  • 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 scoop Green Vibrance
  • 1 tsp banilla extract
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground vanilla
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.
  2. Transfer to a lined 8”x8” baking dish then press down contents until it has the density of a granola bar.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour, then when ready, slice into bars.
  4. (Optional: Top with vegan chocolate drizzle) Enjoy!
