As a small business, our warehouse does their best to ship all packages within 2 business days of an order being placed.
After it leaves our facility, transit times average 2-5 business days. However, unforeseen delays with the carrier may occur.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All duties, taxes, or fees associated with clearance through customs are solely the responsibility of the customer. Vibrant Health will not guarantee the clearance of your shipment through customs; please check your country's list of prohibited items that may prevent clearance of your shipment. Vibrant Health will not be held responsible for any lost or undeliverable shipments. All international shipping fees are non-refundable. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International and transit time may be an additional 10-14 business days.
RETURNS
NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM OUR ONLINE STORE?
No problem. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means you may return any item purchased from our online store (see below policy if you purchased our product from another retailer) for any reason within ninety (90) days of purchase. For unopened items, start your return here. These items will incur a $6.95 restocking fee, deducted from your final refund amount.
