
No Bake Granola Bars
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1 scoop Green Vibrance
- 1 tsp banilla extract
- 1/3 cup goji berries
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground vanilla
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly mixed.
- Transfer to a lined 8‚x8‚ baking dish then press down contents until it has the density of a granola bar.
- Freeze for 1 hour, then when ready, slice into bars.
