- 2 c. Frozen Banana
- 1 c. Cauliflower
- 1 Scoop Max Vibrance Vanilla
- 1 Sprig mint (plus extra for Garnish)
- 1/2 Tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 c. Coconut Milk
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until consistent.
- (Optional: Top with vegan whipped cream, vegan chocolate drizzle, cacao nibs and mint leaves) Enjoy!
