Date Power Bites

Back to school season can be stressful for so many different reasons. Even though its quite different this year, most parents would agree that we still find ourselves pressed for time in the morning rush. All you need for these no-bake balls are a few ingredients and your freezer. They are perfect for running out the door to your favorite work out class (Maximum Vibrance provides 10g of protein in just one scoop!), or for those busy mornings with your kids when you need something to grab and go. Find the recipe below:

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Max
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients except for the coconut in a food processor until consistent.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls then coat with coconut flakes.
  3. Transfer to a tray and chill in the fridge for an hour, or until they freeze. Enjoy!
