This simple smoothie is an immune boosting powerhouse. Green Vibrance alone provides over 60 hand-soured ingredients to boost immunity, digestive function, circulation and balance nutrition. Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Green Vibrance
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen kale
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen
- 2-3 cups water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to your desired consistency. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
