Cinnamon Swirl No-Bake Protein Balls

Cinnamon spice and everything nice! Our latest recipe is delicious and healthy take on buttery, warm, cinnamon rolls! Our Cinnamon Swirl No-Bake Protein Balls are packed with health benefits from cinnamon, walnuts, dates, and Maximum Vibrance – Vanilla Bean!

Ingredients:

Protein Balls – 

  • 1 scoop Maximum Vibrance – Vanilla Bean
  • 13 Medjool dates, pitted 
  • 1 cup walnuts 
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup 
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt 

Cream Cheese Glaze – 

  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese (room temperature) 
  • 1/3 cup vegan butter, softened 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar 
  • 2 tbs maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp sea salt 

Directions:

  1. Place the pitted dates and walnuts into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. 
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and continue pulsing until just combined. The texture should easily stick together when pinched.  If it is too wet simply add more walnuts or coconut flakes. 
  3. Next, roll the mixture into 2” balls.  Place onto a tray or plate. 
  4. Cream together the cream cheese and softened butter. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth and consistent. 
  5. When ready, drizzle over the protein balls. 
  6. Allow to settle and enjoy!
