This simple, yummy, refreshing green smoothie is an excellent way to cool off this summer while giving your body a big heaping dose of nutrients to help keep you healthy and vibrant at home.
1 scoop Green Vibrance
1 cup water (or coconut water for added hydration)
1 cup frozen pineapple
¼ cup unsweetened coconut shreds
A small handful of fresh mint leaves
Juice from 1 lime or peeled lime
3 tbsp hemp hearts/seeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until you’ve reached your desired consistency, pour & enjoy!
