Meet Ashley & Amber, the Fhiit Twins! This dynamic duo has put together a quick HIIT workout to get you moving. But first, a little bit about our resident fitness coach, and Key Accounts Manager, Ashley:
“I’m originally from Pittsburgh, PA and now call CT my home. I have a degree in Nutrition and a minor in Business Administration, as well as a personal training certification. My passion has been Fitness since I was 18, and have coached over 200+ Fitness classes all over CT! My second passion is Nutrition and love working as a Key Account Manager for the Natural Grocery Chains at Vibrant Health!” -Ashley
Fhiit Twins 10 Minute HIIT Workout:
1. Push up + T rotation + 4 cross climbers
2. Bridge dip reach
3. Squat jump to plank
Set your timer for 50 seconds of work and 30 seconds of active rest for 6 rounds. We like to do jumping jacks during our active rest, but feel free to substitute any moderation. After completing 6 rounds, you’ll do a complete 1 minute rest. Repeat 2-3 times.
