We’re all about summer fruits and strawberry is one of the stars of summer! Our newest recipe is a smoothie that will have you dreaming for more. This protein filled smoothie is as healthy as it is delicious thanks to fresh strawberries, frozen pitaya, dates, and Maximum Vibrance – Vanilla Bean.
- 1 scoop Maximum Vibrance – Vanilla Bean
- 2 cup strawberries
- 1.5 cups frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cups frozen pitaya
- 3-4 dates, pitted
- 2 cups oat milk or plant milk of preference
- coconut whipped cream
- Add all ingredients to a high–speed blender and process until consistent.
- Transfer to cups.
- Top with coconut whipped cream and enjoy!
