This cold weather has us missing fresh fruit and sunshine. Fortunately for us, Pear season runs from late summer through the fall and winter. The d’Anjou pears that Monique Sourinho used for this green smoothie are at the perfect stage of ripeness this time of year, and they give this smoothie just the right amount of sweetness. Find the recipe below:
- 3 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 pears, diced
- 1.5 cups spinach
- 2 bananas
- 1 scoop Green Vibrance
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 cups water (more or less depending on desired consistency)
Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy! Add pears slices for garnish if you’re feeling festive.
