This smoothie by Monique Sourinho combines two of our favorite flavors, peanut butter and blueberries (surprisingly delicious, I promise). We prefer to use peanut butter powder in our smoothies, both for consistency and reduced fat and oil content. The addition of chia seeds to this pretty basic smoothie recipe provides a wealth of health benefits, including antioxidants, protein, fiber and Omega-3 fatty acids. Find the full recipe below:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
2 cups water
1 scoop Vibrance Chocolate Coconut
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend to your desired consistency, top with coconut flakes and fresh blueberries, and enjoy.
