No-Bake Winter Cheesecake Jars

Winter is upon us and the means winter flavors are back! Our latest recipe is a delicious and healthy no-bake cheesecake jar that features the seasons favorite ingredients! Our No-Bake Winter Cheesecake Jars are packed with health benefits from cherries, pomegranate, walnuts, dates, and Green Vibrance!

No-Bake Winter Cheesecake Jars


  • 12 medjool dates, pitted 
  • 1 cup graham crackers (crumbs) 
  • 1 cups walnuts 
  • 1 tsp sea salt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 
  • 1 scoop Green Vibrance 




  • 1 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight 
  • 6 medjool dates, pitted 
  • 13.5 oz. can coconut cream 
  • 1.5-2 Tbs lemon juice (depending on preference) 
  • 1 cup pitted cherries 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 


  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds 
  • 2 cups pitted cherries 


  1. For the filling, soak dates and cashews overnight in enough water to cover by 1 inch. 
  2. In the meantime, create the crumble by adding all ingredients to a food processor and blending until just combined. 
  3. Transfer contents into individual jars or cups 1/3 of the way full. 
  4. For the filling, drain the cashews and dates then combine all filling ingredients into a high speed blender and process until smooth and consistent. 
  5. Pour the filling over the crumble then transfer to the freezer to allow the filling to thicken as it cools for at least 3 hours, or overnight. 
  6. When ready, return the jars and top with pomegranate seeds and cherries. Enjoy!
