We’ve had our first snowfall here on the east coast, and we secretly love it! This Minty Matcha smoothie (made by Monique Sourinho) is a perfect winter treat and has just the right amount of Matcha Tea to boost your energy levels. Try the recipe below:
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Green Vibrance Matcha
- 3 bananas
- 1.5 cups coconut milk
- 3 drops organic peppermint extract
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup water

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until you reach your desired consistency, garnish with sprigs of mint, enjoy!
