- 8 oz container Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 scoop of Joint Vibrance
- ¼ tsp each cinnamon, cardamom
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 can pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp raw honey or agave
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 capsule Maximized Turmeric 46x, opened
- In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Top with banana slices, toasted pecans, pumpkins seeds, and shredded coconut.
