Chocolate Peppermint Smoothies

Peppermint is a staple for us in the winter, and this chocolate peppermint smoothie by Monique Sourinho has our sweet tooth swooning! Not only does is provide 10 grams of protein (20 grams if you use two scoops), it also covers your daily multivitamin, and gives your body a dose a healthy dose of probiotics – because at this point in the year, our immune system can use all the help they can get. Try the recipe below:

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Maximum Vibrance
  • 9 drops organic peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon organic vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • 5 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 9 pitted dates
  • 1-2 cups water (depending on preferred consistency)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until you reach your desired consistency, garnish with chocolate pieces, and enjoy!
