Meet Debra Williams, a health and wellness advocate, mom, author, and smoothie lover! Debra has been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years and has done everything from working professionally in a hospital as a Healthy Living Coach to educating and writing about nutrition and self-care to teaching Pilates, mindfulness, and breath-work. She wrote a new smoothie eBook last year, so we thought whom better to make us a smoothie for our Vibrant at Home series!
This simple, yummy, refreshing green smoothie is an excellent way to cool off this summer while giving your body a big heaping dose of nutrients to help keep you healthy and vibrant at home.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Green Vibrance
- 1 cup water (or coconut water for added hydration)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- º cup unsweetened coconut shreds
- A small handful of fresh mint leaves
- Juice from 1 lime or peeled lime
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts/seeds
