2 cups oat milk
3 cups raspberries (plus additional for garnish)
1. In a blend combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to the freezer for at least 3-4 hours or until solidified enough to scoop.
3. When ready to eat, use an ice cream scooper to transfer to dishes and garnish with raspberries (and mint if you have it!)
