Vibrant Health Chocolate Mint Smoothie Recipe

Waking up early has never been our strong suit, that's why we need all the help we can get. Adding Maximum Vibrance Chocolate and Gr8nola Charcoal chia into our morning ritual makes us look forward to the day ahead. We recently came across this unique twist on a smoothie bowl, which uses zucchini and avocado as a base. It's definitely not your average breakfast smoothie. We love it in the morning, but it can be made at any time of day for a filling pick-me-up. Just add some Gr8nola on top for a tasty crunch (we love charcoal chia, but all of their flavors are delicious).

Chocolate Mint Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen zucchini slices
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 2 tablespoons Max Vibrance Chocolate
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 2 medjool dates
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup Condensed Sweetened Coconut Milk
  • 3 - 4 ice cubes
Top with coconut flakes, blueberries and Gr8nola Charcoal Chia to add some texture.
