I recently was taking the U.T. vibrance per the dosage on the bottle and after day 3 I was having extreme leg cramps. Is this a normal side effect and what ingredient would cause this? I discontinued use and leg cramp’s disappeared.
Hello Sierra, I am sorry to hear you had a reaction to the product. I have never heard that before, but everyone is different. Your body may have a sensativity to an ingredient in the product.
Is it dangerous to take two doses at once? I didn’t see on the container that we need to wait a certain amount of time and since I am out all day long until late, I have been taking two doses at once in the morning. Is this dangerous?

Can I take (D-Mannose 5000 mg) U.T. Vibrance as a preventive or maintenance product rather than after the onset of UTI? If so, what is the recommended dosage? If not, what is a better product to use?
We do not recommend taking the UT Vibrance Crisis Intervention product for preventative measures as it is highly concentrated and contains increased urine flow properties. UT Biotic would be the better product to use for daily maintenance as it is specifically designed for that.

Hi there. Our UT Vibrance products are are great solution to any UTI that is caused by E. Coli bacteria. The UT Vibrance Powder can be purchased in either a canister with a scoop or in our stick pack form which is split up into individual servings. The UT Vibrance Tablets are the same formula, just in Vegiupure Tablet form with a cellulose coating. Any version of the product will be effective against E.Coli-caused UTI's. Can U.T. Vibrance be used as a maintenance formula?
As D-mannose is primarily used to lure E coli bacteria (the most common cause of urinary tract infections) out of the system, taking it when the bacteria isn’t present has little beneficial effect. Additionally, the botanical extracts in the formula create a slippery lining to prevent bacteria from latching on, potentially decreasing the amount of good bacteria necessary to the urinary tract.
Is it safe to use U.T. Vibrance while pregnant?
If you are pregnant and considering taking this product, talk to your healthcare provider. It is always a good idea to have a discussion with your healthcare provider before taking any medication or supplement. Some doctors may be concerned about recommending products that contain goldenseal to pregnant women.

Do I really have to take 5 pills at once?
Yes, the serving size for the tablets is quite high. Some people choose to cut the tablets in half for easier swallowing.
How come there are only 10 servings?
This is an intense 2.5 day regimen for when you have an active infection. The entirety of the regimen (all 10 servings) should be completed over the course of 2.5-3 days, taking one serving every 4 waking hours.
How much liquid do I use for each serving?
8oz is the baseline, but we recommend hydrating as much as you can in order to flush out the infection with frequent urination.
Will this work against all kinds of UTIs/bladder infections?
This is designed to combat infections caused by e.coli bacteria. If there is another bacteria present, or another type of underlying condition, this may not be beneficial.
I feel a lot better, but not completely better, after all 10 servings. Can I do another 10?
It is safe to do a second round of UT Vibrance only if you are already feeling significantly better and you feel there may be a bit of the infection left to flush out. If you are not feeling significantly better after one round, it is likely a second round won't do the trick.
