This fun recipe comes from one of our favorite recipe developers, Monique Sourinho. Her @bee.the.love instagram profile is major inspo and we just can’t get enough of her sophisticated style. We love a smoothie bowl here at Vibrant Health, but we wanted to branch out and give you a recipe that was a little more indulgent. These Matcha Green Tea Popsicles are as decadent as they are delicious, and they satisfy your sweet tooth without compromising your waistline.

1 scoop Green Vibrance Matcha Tea
3 cups vanilla oat milk
3 cups raw baby spinach
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips to drizzle
3 tablespoons cacao nibs
1. In a blender combine Green Vibrance Matcha Tea, oat milk and baby spinach until smooth. (Optional: top with more oat milk for a gradient effect.)
2. Transfer to popsicle molds and freeze until solidified.
3. When ready, melt chocolate according to instructions and drizzle with a spoon and sprinkle with cacao nips.
