  • 1 tsp peppermint
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tbs flax
  • 3 dates
  • 2/3 cup vanilla flax milk
  • 2/3 cup frozen mango

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and consistent.
