Refreshing Green Celery Smoothie

This little smoothie, by Monique Sourinho, can help pick you up out of your afternoon slump, or wake you up first thing in the morning. There's just something about mango and lime that screams summer, and right now, in the dead of winter, that's all we want. Curl up on the couch and think warm thoughts while you sip this antioxidant packed green smoothie. Find the recipe below.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 cup celery (or 2 ribs)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 cup frozen spinach 1/2 lime (juice)
  • 4 cups almond milk 1 scoops Green Vibrance.

Directions:
