Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie
If you didn't know, turmeric is more than just a spice. It has the ability to combat inflammation and promote overall health. Combine that with the sweetness and added health benefits of pineapple (high in vitamin C), and you get one good smoothie.
This smoothie is not only sweet, but it’s creamy and has an added warmth from the fresh grated ginger.
Sounds like a smoothie for you? If so, let's get into how you can make it.
Let's start with the ingredients:
1 cup of Almond Milk
2 cups of Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1 Banana
1 tablespoon of Fresh Turmeric, Grated
1 tablespoon of Fresh Ginger, Grated
- Start your blender by pouring in the almond milk. Then add the banana - a great source of energy and mood booster, perfect for kicking off your day with positivity. Next, add the frozen pineapple chunks for that tropical flair and the explosion of Vitamin C they offer.
- Now, it's time for the stars of our smoothie - freshly grated turmeric and ginger. Not only will they provide a spicy kick and warmth to your smoothie, but they are also powerhouse anti-inflammatories.
- Finally, add one scoop of our pride and joy - Joint Vibrance. I always incorporate this into my morning routine. It's an excellent way to ensure my joints stay strong and healthy, plus it's packed with beneficial nutrients that support overall well-being.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the liquid gold into your favorite glass and enjoy! I like sipping this nutritious beauty while reading my emails and planning the day. It's an ideal way to start the day – on a healthy and happy note!

Pineapple Slice
A fresh pineapple slice not only enhances the tropical vibe of the smoothie but also makes for a delightful visual topping.
Shredded Coconut
Coconut always goes well with pineapple, so feel free to add a bit to top the smoothie off.
Mint Sprig
Consider adding a sprig of mint. It offers a refreshing contrast, complementing the warm notes of the turmeric and ginger.
