Creamy Mango Spinach Smoothie

If you’re a mango fan like I am, you're going to love this one. Every single ingredient in this smoothie plays a role. The frozen mango provides the taste, avocado provides the creamy texture, and the spinach is a mild tasting green that adds to the nutritional value.

Let’s dive into how to make this smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Frozen Mango

1/2 an Avocado

1 Cup of Packed Spinach

2 Tablespoons of Hemp Seeds

1 Cup of Almond Milk

1 Scoop of Green Vibrance

Directions:

Step 1: First, we'll add the almond milk into a high-speed blender. This liquid base ensures everything else blends smoothly.

Step 2: Next, toss in the deliciously sweet frozen mango chunks. I prefer frozen mango because it makes the smoothie super refreshing and eliminates the need for ice.

Step 3: It's time to turn this into a power-packed green smoothie! Add the spinach, which will provide you with iron, Vitamin K, and a pop of color!

Step 4: Let's make it creamy with half an avocado. It's not only making our smoothie rich and creamy but also boosting it with healthy fats and fiber!

Step 5: Add a sprinkle of hemp seeds for a hit of protein and a slight nutty flavor.

Step 6: Last but certainly not least, let's add the super-ingredient - one scoop of Green Vibrance. This is the secret to keeping my joints in optimal condition and adding essential probiotics to my diet!

What Can You Add To Top This Smoothie Off?

If you like to make your smoothies more visually appealing or add a little extra taste, here are some garnish suggestions you could add to this smoothie.

Mango Chunks

If you like mango that much, you could add a few fresh mango chunks to add some extra flavor.

Coconut Flakes

Coconut and mango are a great combination. Many cultures in tropical regions like Southeast Asia, the Pacific Islands, and the Caribbean, have combined these two ingredients in many of their dishes for as long as we can remember. They go together well because mangos are sweet and juicy, while coconut provides a creamy and subtly sweet flavor.

Garnishing is an art, and there's no strict rule to it. You can feel free to mix and match or even come up with your own unique toppings.
