Creamy Mango Spinach Smoothie

Hello, Vibrant Life Enthusiasts! Paige Parker here, the 'Smoothie Queen' of the health sphere and proud owner of Vibrant Health.

Today, I am thrilled to bring you one of my absolute favorite smoothie recipes that's not only brimming with essential nutrients but also has the magical touch of our wonderful product - Green Vibrance! It’s the star ingredient in my delicious and oh-so-creamy Mango Spinach Smoothie! This green dream is a part of my daily routine, perfect for after my morning yoga session to replenish my energy and boost my overall wellness.

Alright, let's get to it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 an Avocado
  • 1 Cup of Packed Spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons of Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop of Green Vibrance

Directions:

Step 1: First, we'll add the almond milk into a high-speed blender. This liquid base ensures everything else blends smoothly.

Step 2: Next, toss in the deliciously sweet frozen mango chunks. I prefer frozen mango because it makes the smoothie super refreshing and eliminates the need for ice.

Step 3: It's time to turn this into a power-packed green smoothie! Add the spinach, which will provide you with iron, Vitamin K, and a pop of color!

Step 4: Let's make it creamy with half an avocado. It's not only making our smoothie rich and creamy but also boosting it with healthy fats and fiber!

Step 5: Add a sprinkle of hemp seeds for a hit of protein and a slight nutty flavor.

Step 6: Last but certainly not least, let's add the super-ingredient - one scoop of Green Vibrance. This is the secret to boosting my immune system, improving digestion with essential probiotics, and enhancing overall cellular function!

Blend it all until it’s creamy and smooth. Pour your beautiful green concoction into your favorite glass, and voila! You've got yourself a Creamy Mango Spinach Smoothie, perfect for boosting your day with essential nutrients and vibrance!

Until next time, keep your life vibrant, my friends!

Yours in health,
Paige Parker
