Ingredients
1 cup pear, cored and chopped
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (or vegan alternative)
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey (or vegan alternative)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
A handful of ice
Directions
- Start by adding almond milk, Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative), almond butter, and the pear pieces into your blender. Blend until smooth.
