Tropical Daydream Smoothie Bowl

Now that Fall is here, we find ourselves daydreaming of summer days. So we decided our next recipe should be a smoothie bowl to cure that! This smoothie bowl recipe is delicious and healthy, thanks to the many health benefits of papaya, cranberries, mango, chia seeds, and Spectrum Vibrance!

Recipe below.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Spectrum Vibrance
          • 2 cups papaya 
          • 1/2 cup frozen pitaya 
          • 1 cup frozen cranberries 
          • 1/2 cup frozen mango 
          • 2 bananas 
          • 1 Tbs chia seeds 
          • 1 cup water (more or less to loosen)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a highspeed blender and process until consistent. 
  2. Transfer to bowls and garnish with extra fruit. 
  3. Enjoy!
