The Rebuild Smoothie Bowl

Our joints need some attention, too! Why not give this peachy anti-inflammatory, collagen packed smoothie bowl a try!


  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2  of an avocado
  • 1 scoop of Joint Vibrance powder
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Toppings: coconut flakes, peach slices, fresh blueberries



  1. Throw the frozen peaches, frozen blueberries, avocado, Joint Vibrance, and almond milk into a blender.
  2. Blend away!
  3. Add any toppings that your eyes and mouth would enjoy!
