Power up No Bake Oatmeal Cookies

Looking for an easy way to pack in the protein? These no-bake cookies give you all of the delicious flavors you expect from an oatmeal cookie (with none of the bad stuff), plus powerful pea protein from Maximum Vibrance. Try the recipe below:


  • 1 scoop Maximum Vibrance Chocolate Chunk 
  • 1 cup rolled oats 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2-3 Medjool dates, pitted (or coconut sugar to sweeten) 
  • 1/2 cup almond butter 
  • 2 Tbs cacao powder 
  • 2 Tbs cacao nibs 
  • 1 cup raw walnuts 
  • 2 Tbs coconut oil 
  • 2 Tbs chia seeds 
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips 


  1. Process until dough-like consistency/can hold itself together 
  2. Roll in 1” balls then gently flatten to form a cookie shape. Store in an airtight container, or enjoy immediately!
