Peppermint Bark Smoothie

The Chocolate Coconut Vibrance tastes great with a little high quality, food grade peppermint oil. Peppermint oil helps soothe the tummy, fight off colds and bring balance to energy levels with its uplifting qualities, making it an incredible herbal supplement to incorporate at this time of year. This blend is a great way to enjoy the season‚s flavors because it gives you your greens, calms the digestive system and satisfies holiday cravings all at the same time. Ingredients:

1 frozen and 1 fresh banana 1/2 Cup frozen cherries 1 scoop Chocolate Coconut Vibrance 1 scoop chocolate protein 3 medjool dates, pitted 2 TBSP cacao nibs 1 Tbsp bee pollen 2 drops peppermint essential oil 1 Cup oat milk 1/2 Cup ice, 8oz water

Directions: Add ingredients to a blender, blend on high for one minute. Pause to check your smoothie: is the texture the way you like it? If needed, add water or almond milk (to thin) or ice (to thicken) and blend again. Pour into large cup or two cups to share. Makes about 40oz.
