- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- 1-scoop Pro Matcha Natural
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 6 egg whites (¾ cup)
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup, or agave nectar)
- In a medium bowl, add egg whites, yogurt and honey. Mix well.
- Next, add flour, protein powder and baking powder. Mix well.
- Spray medium skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium heat.
- Spoon batter onto skillet. Cook each side for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and top with chopped nuts of choice.
