On The Go No-Bake Fruit & Nut Snack Bar

This summer is gearing up up to be one to remember. It seems like things are going back to what we’ll consider as the new normal. That means with everyone being on the go more, you’ll need a snack that is healthy, delicious, and perfect for those busy on the go summer days ahead. We thought this was the perfect time to share our newest Summer time recipe! Our latest recipe is a no-bake fruit and nut snack bar that is perfect to grab and go and has tons of healthy benefits and delicious flavor thanks to peanut butter, rolled oats, pecans, chocolate chips, and Green Vibrance!

Recipe below.


Ingredients:

        • 1/2 cup maple syrup 
        • 1 tbs coconut oil 
        • 2 cups rolled oats 
        • 1/2 cup chopped pecans 
        • 1/4 cup coconut flakes 
        • 3 tbs flax seed meal 
        • 1/2 cup craisins 
        • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (traditional chocolate chips work too!)
        • 1 tsp vanilla extract  
        • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt 

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all granola ingredients until evenly mixed. 
  2. Press into a pan to slice into bars. 
  3. Enjoy!
