- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup Pro Matcha Chocolate
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 banana
- 2/3 cup unsweetend flax milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp brown rice syrup
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- Add oats, Pro Matcha Chocolate, cocoa powder, and salt to blender. Pulse 4-5 times.
- Add banana, eggs, oil, flax milk, vanilla extract and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Cook according to waffle iron directions. Enjoy with honey, powdered sugar, and your favorite fresh fruit.
