Flourless Chocolate Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup Pro Matcha Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 2/3 cup unsweetend flax milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp brown rice syrup
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Add oats, Pro Matcha Chocolate, cocoa powder, and salt to blender. Pulse 4-5 times.
  2. Add banana, eggs, oil, flax milk, vanilla extract and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
  3. Cook according to waffle iron directions. Enjoy with honey, powdered sugar, and your favorite fresh fruit.
