Don’t Be (Blue)berry Smoothie Bowl

Blueberries are a popular fruit in July so we figured it should be the star of the show in our latest recipe!  Our latest recipe is a smoothie bowl that is packed with antioxidants and is a tasty as it is good for you thanks to blueberries, banana, and Spectrum Vibrance!

Recipe below.


Ingredients:

          • 1 scoop Spectrum Vibrance 
          • 1 cup frozen  blueberries 
          • 1 cup frozen  cauliflower 
          • 1 Tbs flax seeds 
          • 1 banana 
          • 1 cup filtered water 

Directions:

  1. In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth and consistent. 
  2. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with extra fruit, seeds, and/or nuts.
  3. Enjoy!
