Chocolate Covered Matcha Energy Bites

Calling all chocolate lovers… These chocolate covered matcha energy bites are a delicious treat to help power you throughout the day! You won’t be able to have just one. Find the recipe below:

Ingredients:                          

  • 1 scoop Green Vibrance Matcha Tea
  • 12 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • melted, vegan chocolate to coat

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and consistent.
  2. Roll into balls and coat in melted chocolate.  Transfer to a lined tray.
  3. Allow to cool and enjoy!
