Candy Corn Smoothie

It’s that time of year! Instead of the real candy, try making Candy Corn the healthy way!ย 🎃👻

Ingredients

Yellow Layer

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of vegan yogurt
  • 1 chopped frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (we used two capsules from our Maximized Turmeric)

Orange Layer

  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1/4 cup of vegan yogurt

White Layer

  • 1 scoop of Buen Dia
  • 1 chopped banana
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1/4 cup of vegan yogurt

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients of the yellow smoothie, and pour it into a glass.
  2. Blend the orange smoothie, and pour it over the yellow layer.
  3. Blend the white smoothie, and pour it on top. You can use a funnel to avoid dripping onto the sides of the glass, keeping the layers cleaner. Enjoy immediately!
