Staying Vibrant Through Giving
Here at Vibrant Health, we pride ourselves on making our surrounding community a better place to live. We have many initiatives, but our one constant is helping those who may not have the resources to help themselves.
This past month we did an internal donation drive for the SPCA of Connecticut, a no-kill shelter located in Monroe, CT - just around the corner from our headquarters in Shelton, CT. Shelters like the SPCA survive on donations and community support, something that we are more than happy to help with. Even the smallest of donations can help a shelter in need, and although we do what we can, there's always a need for more. We've listed some items below that shelters in your area could use more of.

Donating items that you may have sitting around your house is a great way to get a head start on Spring cleaning. It's also a great way to recycle, keep things out of land fills, and do your part to help the earth. Giving back is what being vibrant is all about. Do you donate regularly?
