We’ll send you a note before your next shipment gets packed up, so you’ll have time to skip or cancel your subscription as needed. Once the subscription processes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification with your tracking number.

What is Auto Delivery?

Auto Delivery is the most convenient way to enjoy Vibrant Health products. We automatically send the products you’ve subscribed to as often as you have indicated. You can make changes to your subscription online whenever you want. Just tell us how often you want your deliveries, and we’ll take it from there. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers. Auto Delivery is not currently available for non-US addresses. In addition, all subscription deliveries over $59 shipped to the contiguous US will receive free shipping.

You always have complete control over your Auto Delivery orders, and we send an email reminder before each order ships. You can cancel your order or change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity at any time by visiting the Subscription Management page. Changes to orders can be made up to 48 hours prior to the next scheduled shipment date.

How do I make changes to my Auto Delivery orders?

Once you’ve subscribed, Auto Delivery is easy to manage. You can change your next shipment date, skip an order, change an item’s delivery frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting the Subscription Management page (you must be logged in to your account to access this page). Please allow up to 48 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Change a shipment date

To change your next shipment date, please visit the “manage my subscriptions” page and click the ‘Change Date’ button near the next shipment date, then select a new date for your order. This will change the shipment date for the entire order.

Skip a delivery

To skip a delivery, click on the subscription you wish to edit. A list of the upcoming shipments will appear. For any shipments you wish to skip, click Skip Shipment.

Change delivery frequency

To modify the delivery frequency, locate the subscription you wish to edit. On that line, click on the current frequency (for example, “Every 1 Month(s)”). Select your desired frequency and click save.

Cancel subscription

To cancel an item, locate the subscription you wish to edit. On that line, click Manage. Select Cancel Subscription.

How do I modify my shipping address and billing information?

You can change your shipping address and billing information by visiting the Subscription Management page.

To make these changes, locate the subscription you wish to edit. On that line, click Manage. Select the item you wish to edit. Once your changes have been made, click Save. Please allow up to 48 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
