Within the United States
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 after applied discounts. All orders under $100 are shipped for a flat rate of $6.95. Your package(s) will be shipped USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Most orders will be processed and shipped within two business days if placed by 3pm EST. Expected shipping time is generally 2-5 business days from date order is processed.

We Pack + Ship Green
In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box with 100% biodegradable packing peanuts made from cornstarch. These peanuts dissolve in water.

Returns

Need to Return a Product Purchased from our Online Store?
No problem. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means you may return any item purchased from our online store (see below policy if you purchased our product from another retailer) for any reason within ninety (90) days of purchase. Please note, the date of purchase is the ship date for online orders. We offer a full refund for unopened items, with all packaging seals in place. If your item has been opened and you wish to return it, we offer a merchandise credit in the value of your original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.*

Please call our office at 1-800-242-1835 to inform us of your return. We ask that you please carefully package your return item, along with a copy of your receipt.
